At Pluckers as a cook, it is important to have pride in the food I am selling to help bring the guest back. This is achievable by selling food items with high quality standards and can be met by maintaining food safety procedures in the kitchen and utilizing only high quality products. As a manager, it is important to have the team in the right place at the right mind. Being able to distinguish your teams strengths and weakness is vital to have the best outcome. Working as a manager you also want to develop your team. This will allow for the business performance to improve and also show your team areas they can grow in.
