Machine Operator

•Creel yarn in the creeler.

• Change yarn out the pot and put full package in the pot.

•Doff off finish package of yarn off the belt onto a rack, mark each package with color chalk , tag package and weight yarn.

• Clean around work area.

•Key in the right work order for gummies.

•Weight 5 gummies and divide by 5 to get sample weight every hour.

•Slide and stack trays in 25 on a rack… when finish key in sample weight and capture weight.

•Sugar in sugar hooper or oil in oiler which require to be use for work order.

•Push gummies in the elevator to send upstairs to the tray room.

• Clean up around debuck area, around the mogul and behind mogul.

Order Filler/Scanner

•Scan car parts in dolly and make sure the part is the right part that in the right slot for Kia to go on the line when get to Kia.

•Push parts on the truck.
