I am writing to express my interest in transitioning from my current per diem role to a consistent Intake Advisor position within Hackensack Meridian Health Home Care. Since joining the team in 2020, I have gained extensive experience across intake operations, insurance verification, and patient coordination. Having worked both per diem and full time in the past, I am confident in my ability to adapt to increased hours while continuing to deliver the accuracy, empathy, and reliability that define our patient-centered approach.

Over the past five years, I have built strong working relationships across multiple teams and have become familiar with the unique needs and workflows of each referral type. My role has required balancing high-volume communication with patients, case managers, and healthcare facilities while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. I take pride in being detail-oriented, efficient, and a dependable resource to both colleagues and patients.

As my family responsibilities have evolved, I am now ready to commit to a more consistent schedule and, in the future, the possibility of returning to full-time. I am eager to continue contributing to Hackensack Meridian’s mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care, while bringing dedication and stability to the Intake team.
