During my experience in Surround Art Gallery management, I performed the following:

• Successfully established and managed four Surround Art Gallery locations in Moscow, Russia, including three shopping center stores, and three-story Fine Art Exhibition Center with pay-for-visit system;
• Coordinated with architects, contractors, and designers to develop gallery spaces that are both functional and visually appealing;
• Recruited, hired, and managed sales and maintenance personnel to ensure high performance and dedication to gallery’s goals;
• Created comprehensive job manuals to educate gallery staff on their roles, responsibilities, and best practices;

Pre-Flight and Post-Flight Duties:

• Conducted pre-flight briefings and ensured the cabin was clean and stocked.
• Completed post-flight duties, reported irregularities, and prepared aircraft for the next flight.

• Provided flight information to passengers and collaborated with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations.

• Adhered to airline policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with customs, immigration, and security regulations.

Problem-Solving:
