- Rack Robotics: Orchestrated the development of EDMWeb software for Rack Robotics' newly introduced EDM machine, designing a new-age machine tool path generation engine and UI, widely adopted and loved by users
- AskLGBTQ: Single-handedly developed an AI chat application, AskLGBTQ.com, for the Word Foundation to guide Christians about LGBTQ-related inquiries, accomplished entirely using the Rust programming language
- Devised a unique solution by developing a 3D scanner mounted on a 3D printer's print head, capable of scanning items with an accuracy of ±7µm. Pioneered an innovative process using this scanner to determine the optimal 3D printing temperature within 5°C with an accuracy rate of around 87%

- Designed, using Fusion360 generative design, over a dozen 3D printer assemblies including: 1) Our 3D printer z motion system that enabled the printer bed to automatically level itself within an accuracy greater than our probes could measure (±33µm) 2) A 3D printer printhead that was able to reliably print at 400mm/s velocity and 20,000 mm/s^2 acceleration. The generatively optimized part cooling ducts are integrated into the main body which alone reduced part count by 20% (from 20 to 16) .
- Managed the 3D printer software deployment and configuration, ensuring simple setup and updates for our 3D printers.
- Solved numerous electronics problems including one in a PCB design preventing us from remotely updating a certain board in our 3D printer.

- Lead all marketing efforts, including: B2B Client Acquisition, RangeMe, SAP Ariba Direct, Amazon listing and advertising, website creation.
- Oversaw the time-sensitive split of Anthiso Inc from the hand sanitizer/over-the-counter drug arm of Bloom Naturals LLC, completing the process within a month.
- Designed and built our hand sanitizer manufacturing process from scratch, ensuring FDA compliance.
- Designed and built a semiautomatic bottle filler using primarily 3D printed parts, including 3D printed peristaltic pumps (my design) and electronics mounting hardware.
- Designed a 50-gallon mixing chamber that utilized a high-shear mixer.
- The processes I developed enabled us to mix and bottle over 300 gallons of hand sanitizer per day. Stayed within the $14,000 budget for the manufacturing system.
