Adaptability

• While there is often a plan set in place to ensure the unit keeps moving and works gets done, unexpected hiccups may occur as well as unforeseen variables which could cause those plans to change. As a soldier I need to adapt to these changes to keep the mission going, even if it may be more challenging.

Cooperation

• As a member of a larger force, I need to work with many different people on various tasks. We each bring something to the table another may lack, so being able to work together harmoniously and play off each other's strengths is key.

Readiness to Learn

• I am not the pinnacle of knowledge, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't willing to acquire more. I'm always looking to gather more knowledge in my field.
