Responsibilities included performing building maintenance to residential property including preventative maintenance, turnovers and daily work orders; painting/plastering, plumbing, light electrical, sheet rock repairs, flooring installation, carpentry, appliance repair, knowledge of basic building systems, and customer service.

Worked as a food service supervisor at various Six Flags amusement parks for six consecutive seasons.

Responsible for scheduling assignments and coordinating work, training and evaluating the performance of personnel working in one or more phases of a food service operation, maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen or dining area, requisitioning supplies, checking the quality of food, maintaining portion control in the kitchen or dining area, and supervising groups of Food Service Workers in the preparation of meals.

Responsibilities included completing tasks on construction sites according to blueprints to create structurally sound buildings and other structures. Prepared construction sites for the erection of structures and buildings, unloaded and loaded materials. Mixed and poured concrete, and perform contractual work for residential, commercial businesses, and construction sites.
