  • I worked in Intel Fab, Sub Fab, and Utility Levels of the Ocotillo Plant for Intel chip manufacturing for four years and am currently.
  • Provided the client (Intel) with the installation of multiple process pipes for instruments such as 6EE Parker hose for cooling supply and return systems, and 5EE for gas processes (OFA oil-free air systems).
  • Installed and welded both high- and low-purity systems for over 30 wafer production tools, as well as multiple laterals in Air Products on-site buildings (argon skid manifolds, temp water systems).
  • Familiar with all cleanroom standards for all levels of Intel sites.
  • Personal involvement in the quality assurance of the client includes knowing and filling out all QA/QC checklists and requirements to fulfill the client's needs, such as plumb, level, square of lines, labels, how to correctly identify lines at POCs, pop-outs, and at tool interface plates inside cleanrooms.
  • Created and Used AMI tube welding machine programs from 1/4" to 3" Stainless Steel On AMI 207. 205, and 217 Machines,
