I am currently a heavy equipment operator. With my current job I’ve became a certified rigger, and I have developed many skills, some of which I have listed. Throughout all of my workplaces, I have developed computer, critical thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills. I am able to adapt quickly to a new environment just as I did with my current occupation.
I have operated all types of equipment, such as stackers, tele-handlers, forklifts, excavators, skidsters, haul trucks, and more. With WCS being a radioactive waste facility, I have also done paperwork for my crew, submitting spreadsheets and more to supervisors and managers of the company.
While at WCS, I took a rigging class and am now a certified rigger. I have also helped train new employees.
While working here I have:
•Demonstrated versatility by running different equipment.
•Contributed to a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety protocols.
•Contributed to the company by completing crucial paperwork needed.
I opened my training place in August of 2023, where I do basketball training and gym renting.
Since starting my brand, I have developed leadership and great communication skills.
At STL, I was a fitness trainer for the youth of Andrews. We experienced classes with 20-30 kids at a time. We had roughly 150 kids each summer that I worked. I would often take over when my boss would not be able to attend.
While working at STL, I took and completed a course granting me a Youth Exercise Specialist certification.
This job helped me developed leadership skills and eventually led me to open my own training facility.
This was my first job during school. I did a lot of stocking and using a pallet jack.
