Accomplishments

  • I am very passionate about the community and as a company how do we drive that. For Children's Miracle Network in the year 2020 I spearheaded the club fundraiser and raised over $12,000. As I managed the front I was in charge of champing cmn as a club we finished over $13,000 in 2021. I saw what we were capable of and in the new year I set the same plans and challenged daily goals and in 2022 raised over $17,000. In 2023 same game plan set higher goals and we raised over $22,000.
  • With a strong mentality, strong passionate team and strategic planning from 2021-2022 we finished #4 in the company (out of 598 clubs) and #1 in the market (out of 13 clubs). That’s a total of 75,121 credits increased over 34% from the year before.
  • 2021-2022 finished second in the market with a avg of 21 total plus. Membership income finished at a 11.37 % increase surpassing company goal at 32million. Renewal income at a 14% increase surpassing company goal at 28 million
  • In Aug 2022 I was closing manager on duty around 9pm power went out. I reacted and began to get all associates engaged on safety and to save product. Got a team on meat and hms counters got product into meat locker. Got slip sheets and wrap to cover freezer cooler boxes and wrapped boxes to keep temperatures inside. Same process for deli bunkers. Kept communication with MAPM Curtis and email communication to market team and update with EOC. Received support for open tops and refer trucks to be sent. All product in meat and freezer cooler were all safe temperates and able to be moved into refer truckers no product loss.
  • In my current company I was awarded The Helen Walton Award in 2020 it is awarded to individuals for community and leadership recognition.
