Accomplishments

Accomplishments

Instrumental in learning, teaching and implementing a policy for a new pain management procedure to be performed in clinic. Implemented the opening a second procedure room to accommodate the increase of patient procedures. Streamlined patient check-in process for both the pain clinic and ambulatory surgery center that led to overall better patient satisfaction and decreased wait times for both patient and medical staff.
