2. Organize and execute thorough inspections of tourist-related establishments within the parish, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to protect visitors and the local community.
3. Perform detailed audits of food establishments categorized by specific geographic zones to ensure consistency and adherence to public health standards across different areas.
4. Lead and manage investigations into foodborne outbreaks to identify sources and prevent further incidents, collaborating with various stakeholders as needed.
