Efficient dispatcher with experience working in a fast paced environment, and effectively communicating to ensure everyone succeeds. Dedicated to excelling in every aspect of the career. Committed to meeting the needs of both callers and user agencies, as well as my peers.
Working in a fast paced environment effectively in order to ensure the safety of our callers and user agencies. Multitasking by working a law enforcement or fire radio while simultaneously answering 911 or backup lines. Must be able to sort through and return data accurately and efficiently, as well as enter data. Team work is integral as we want everyone to achieve, we are always assisting one another to keep up with the demands of the center.
Similar to my previous job as a cashier/barista, I checked out customers, took orders, prepared food, and made coffee. Customer service was a large part of this job as I also decorated cakes for customers and interacted with a large sum of people each day. Working as a team was essential in order to complete our list of duties each day.
This was a part time side job while I worked at New2You and went to UW full time. I independently operated my online storefront. My daily tasks included sourcing inventory, researching and listing inventory, and packaging to ship. As well as working with customers to negotiate a price or answer questions.
I maintained a variety of responsibilities while employed here. I was the main cashier on weekends. I greeted customers and helped them to find items that they were in search of. Along with cashiering, I operated the coffee/ice cream counter, called dealers to negotiate prices on their items, and helped to train new employees.
