  • Developed and maintained reports to research Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Vendors for duplicate payments or missed credits, resulting in recovering over $2.5 Million in Shrink Dollars.
  • Created weekly executive reports highlighting vendor shipping accuracy for all DSD ASN vendors. Also managed store level testing to ensure both the store and vendor were performing at or above 99.80% accuracy on all deliveries. Perform weekly vendor management calls with Coca Cola, Pepsi, Frito Lay, Kellogg’s Snacks and Crescent Crown.
  • Created and maintained the Zero Credit Report, which provides stores with the ability to see how often DSD vendors are running store credits.
