Summary

I am a positive and motivated SpEd Paraprofessional, experienced working one-on-one with students that have varying special needs, an emphasis with ASD. I am able to adjust to a students individual needs in a variety of situations while remaining professional, empathetic, patient, and consistent. My goal working with a student is to give them a structured and safe environment, that will help them feel comfortable enough to stretch outside their comfort zone to achieve desired goals. This includes the long-term goal to no longer require one-on-one support.
