I take part in Service Learning done through my college. I am currently involved in Zooming with the Sisters at Saint Josephs twice a week for an hour. This service is to provide the Sister's with social interaction during the pandemic. My role is also to listen to stories they remember from their past which helps them to keep their memory as they grow older. This volunteer work, as well as other services, plays an important role in my education and has taught me the importance of being a part of the community you find yourself in.
