Plan, organize and direct day to day activities of 9 staff ensuring team is responsible for accurately administering and working within the framework of laws, rules, policies and guidelines to independently manage Workers' Compensation, E-FMLA, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, SDI, NDI, Medical Leave of Absence, Catastrophic Leave and Retirement programs.
