Since my start at The Medical College of Wisconsin I have enthusiastically completed all required training. Additionally, I have made use of the extensive training materials as well as booster classes offered by  management. All these resources have afforded me a higher level of confidence in my current role and have made my customer service and registration Quality Assurance scores positively increase.

Additional Information

Not listed due to space constraints, I have a rich employment history in the service industry; I have worked at several restaurants and retail spaces which has afforded me the opportunity to hone my customer service skills. Additionally, I have completed some college courses at UW-Whitewater. During my time there I studied business management.
