• I did a traineeship with this beautiful centre where I completed my Cert III in Early childhood Education and Care for 1 year and 7 months. Through this traineeship I obtained the following:
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Working with Children Check
• First aid in education and care setting certificate (includes CPR)
• Understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Passion, enthusiasm and strong commitment to high-quality care

• Identified and resolved customer complaints concerning food or lodging.
• Acknowledged outstanding staff performance to boost morale.
• Explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns.
• Used slow periods to restock supplies, ice, trays and delivery bags.
• Completed table resets by wiping down surfaces and refilling condiments.

I did volunteer work all of 2018, this entailed community work and presenting my ideas to environmental specialists.
