- Create and close out work orders for repairs in units
- Calculate residents’ income vs
- Expenses to determine rent amounts annually according to HUD guidelines
- Schedule appointments and hold meetings with tenants and their families for their annual recertifications
- Type letters and notices to residents for various things and create flyers to post in building and around property for different activities being held
- File paperwork in tenant files
- Enter resident information in computer system for annual re-examinations and for any incidents that occur in the building after the office is closed
- Show apartments and take care of new tenants moving into building
- Conduct inspections of units
- Assist tenants with any questions, concerns, and/or complaints they have on their accounts or with their units
- Process move-out paperwork and reconcile accounts when tenants move out of housing
