Instructed students in Airframe, Powerplant, and General Aviation Mechanic computerized exams and FAA oral and practical, as well as the Inspection Authorization computerized FAA exam. They were mostly military individuals seeking civilian certification.
After passing their FAA examinations, I would conduct debriefing sessions to gather feedback and ensure I knew any changes in the FAA exams. From these debriefing sessions, I would revise the instructional methods, study materials, and assessment methods to help future students be successful in obtaining their FAA maintenance certifications.
