Suggest solutions such as utilizing credit cards that rewarded them with cash back on certain purchases. Go over the various loan/lines of credit options we had in case they had larger purchases or repairs coming up. Explain the benefits of utilizing positive pay if they wrote many checks to help keep their account a little more secure.go over how they accept payments and go over our merchant processing. Follow up with them regularly to see if there was anything else we would need to discuss. Make outbound calls/visits to prospects and tell them about our bank and see if we could assist them better than what they currently have with their existing bank. Go to Chamber events and be out in the community.
This role was started with the title of assistant manager due to realignment they changed the title to CRC 4.
In this role I was responsible for coaching other teammates and helping uncover their strengths as well as overcoming obstacles they may have in their role. Keeping up with operations and making sure we kept all documentation organized and for the time period they wanted us to keep the documents. Balancing the vault as well as surprise audits on tellers.
Assisting customers with checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards and loans. Offering financial guidance on how to achieve their goals and help keep their accounts protected with online banking tools. Sending wires when someone would come in that needed to send one.
This role was the same as the CRC 4 position listed above without the team leadership duties
Preform teller duties such as cashing checks, making deposits/withdrawals, and various credit payments for customers as they came in. Help lead the tellers with their goals for referrals and credit card applications. Had monthly coaching to go over strengths and overcome obstacles they may have had. Help with operations such as audits, counting the vault, preparing weekly cash shipments, and making sure any operational documentation was signed and up to date.
