Responsibilities Included are:

Responsible for the administration of oral injectable psychotropic medication to clients and monitor for adverse reaction. Scheduled follow up appointments.

Responsibilities included are:

Administration of medications, monitoring of vital signs and provide basic wound care. Monitor, update patients record, and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, strategize, and evaluate patient care plan. Educate and advise patients and families on maintaining good health care practices, disease prevention, and the pathophysiology of disease.

Collection of data on patients physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral outcomes.

Identify any deficiencies or barriers that would affect self-management outcomes.
