I started in April of 2010 as a store associate. In 2015 I became an assistant manager at the Madison, WI location. During that time I did a lot of cash handling, a long with customer service. In 2022 I became the General Manager. During this role I would make the schedules for every employee. I would also make sure every employee stayed on task and was getting things done. I also would be making sure we were making our numbers everyday along with signing people up for the shoe perks program. I did the hire processes for new associates as well.
