- Responsible for oversight and management of 7 private duty home care offices across MA and RI. Including over 400 field staff members, 30 office level managers within organizational structure, as well as direct supervision of 7 Service Office Directors and 2 Divisional Support team members.
- Ensure that offices’ actions and communications demonstrate that “The Client Comes First”.
- Proactively manage client and customer concerns. - Oversee and participate in the recruitment, selection and development of high potential employees in division for all field, office and management positions within Division.
- Provide HR guidance and support to all field & office team members.
- Educate, mentor and coach Service office Directors
- Ensure appropriate clinical and management coverage for each office, assuring compliance with State and Local licensure and/or accreditation requirements
- Direct and support offices to achieve customer service, quality growth, and profitability goals. .
- Oversee the development of quarterly recruiting, marketing and budgeting plans.
- Hold Directors accountable for meeting established goals.
- Analyze competition and market (both referral sources and employment sources) to support teams with development and execution of sales, marketing & recruiting plans
- Support event planning at local and enterprise level for employee events & referral source events
- Identify new business opportunities and support offices with the analysis of potential acquisitions and new lines of business.
- Identify industry trends and react accordingly.
- Lead through strong communication and sharing of ideas with field and support offices
- Assume full management responsibility for the office operations and functions, including all client services and employee matters.
- Establish BAYADA as the home care provider and employer of choice.
- Monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by office and field staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Strategically plan and budget for growth.
- Oversee marketing and program development by building and executing strategic plan for growth
- Oversee all internal and external events for all clients
- Hire, develop and supervise high potential office employees.
- Ensure adequate staff education, training and evaluation.
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy and plan for field staff.
- Serve as local office HR manager for all employee relations oversight.
- Manage the office in relation to BAYADA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the organization to other groups, agencies, and the general public using accurate public information materials.
- Monitor accounts receivable and collections.
