Isolation, cloning, enzyme mapping and sequencing human DNA for various research projects at Ross C Simmons arthritis Foundation in division of Rheumatology at UTSMC. This work also involved teaching graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and other collaborators in laboratory techniques and protocols, resulting in several publications in various medical journals.
