• Transferred from LURA with the CEO to manage financial aspect of transportation and 3PL logistics provider that underwent commercial, operating and financial restructuring over the course of 4 years.
• Led financial turnaround: EBITDA from HRK 18m (2018) to HRK 64m (2023) without shareholder cash injections
• Delivered sizeable cash back payouts to Shareholder (key goal set by the Shareholder)
• Negotiated major refinancing packages (Shareholder’s loan refinancing; 95% debt raise for new warehouse financing with lowest interest margin in ZABA at the time; arranged almost 100% debt financing for potential acquisition (not closed); managing fleet funding - 410 financial lease contracts in Croatia and Serbia)
• Improved working capital and cash conversion across Croatia and Serbia.
• Advised Board and Shareholder on M&A, investment projects, and margin management and managed external advisors
• Restructured company into joint-stock and redesigned management equity scheme.

• Supervised financial operations of three companies operating in pharmaceutical, transportation & logistics (Croatia and Serbia) and chocolate production (Geneva, Switzerland); responsible for consolidated cash flow of the group; reporting to the Group CEO and Shareholder; direct reports CFOs of operating companies.

• Built 3-year business plan for Swiss chocolate subsidiary to achieve break-even
