Role consisted of meeting the needs of guests within the Disneyland Resort through sales. Worked varies hours in order to meet the business and seasonal needs of the company. Sought out to guests through assistance with anything needed. Professionalism and time management implemented on a daily basis. Flexible adaptation to different situations and scenarios within the workplace. Being able to multitask, stock, and work within a fast paced environment were crucial to this role. Keeping the upmost quality of food and presentation were implemented when working.

As a Retail Sales Associate, it was crucial to greet customers and assist with any product questions, purchases and selections. Arranging merchandise, stocking, and using the POS system were key roles of the position. Also handled customer calls in order to provide the best quality of service. Maintained neat sales floors in order to promote business. Customer satisfaction was a key element for the role.
