- Assist remotely with Stroke Education follow up care for stroke patients that have been discharged from the hospital
- This includes calling patients or their families to make sure they understand any new medications prescribed, follow up appointments, and answer any questions they may have
- At ninety days patients are reassessed using a modified rankin scale to evaluate deficits of stroke
- These are logged into Midas for future stroke studies.
