My role as program director was to lead the clinical department. My team consisted of Clinical supervisors, Case manager coordinators, case managers, education specialists, trauma therapist, the sex offender facilities, quality assurance coordinator and college interns. My role was to ensure that the programming department was in compliance with Ohio department rehabilitation standards. I made sure that staff were trained to do effective sessions and teach groups. I gave the GED test to students after they were found to be in compliance of the educational expectations. I oversaw four pods of residents which included males and females. My role was to ensure that they received programming and that the pods were a safe treatment environment. I help develop treatment materials for programming. I created the programming schedule. I served as a liaison for outside entities to help create employment opportunities for the residents, secure housing, and additional resources in order for them to be successful. I was the contact for all probation and parole officers. I provided support for staff and residents. I assisted in the hiring process of all clinical staff. I attended job fairs to recruit new staff. I provided interventions between staff and/or residents when needed to defuse high risk situations. I served as a part of the PREA team. I was a sex offender facilitator.

  • I served as the direct supervisor for the clinical supervisors who ran the pods. I made sure that the staff were on task with following the schedule provided by the program director. I made sure that they had effective pod management with staff and residents. I ensure that clinical staff are trained in how to conduct sessions and maintain files. I assist in the interviewing and hiring process for new staff. I conduct resident interventions one on one and in a group setting. I address staff issues by providing coaching sessions and written discipline. I meet with the clinical superiors daily to ensure that the schedule is followed up to standard. I help provide coverage. I assisted staff with conducting pod interventions. I conducted daily check-in on each pod. I was responsible for sending documentation in regard to if the pod was on task. I also reported any other issues that were reported or found through my observation. I conduct interventions with staff to ensure that issues that come about have been addressed and resolved. I was responsible for updating the census sheet and keeping track of the residents’ movements. I conduct staff meetings on my primary pod. I devise cohorts for mandatory groups. I supervised the clinical staff on four pods. I conduct groups in thinking errors and phase suspension.

  • My role as clinical supervisor was to oversee the pod by supervising a case manager coordinator and three case managers and an education specialist. My job was to make sure that programming occurred and was in DRC compliance. I ensured that sessions and groups were being conducted and that both were in DRC compliance. I served as a liaison to diffuse conflict amongst the residents and amongst residents and staff. I made sure that the treatment was going on and that the environment was safe. I held staff accountable and coached them when needed. I conducted annual evaluations on each staff.

  • I record the gas and/or electric meter readings on electronic meter reading device while on the customers' premises. Assists Meter Readers in order to learn the work of a Meter Reader and must participate in on-the-job training. Reports gas leaks and outside wires laying on the ground or hanging within reach. Reports irregularities in metering or use of service such as unmetered service and meter not registered. Takes responsibility to see that all meters in the electronic meter-reading device are coded correctly for gaining entrance to customer's premises and for locating meters. Verifying the prenumbered seal and seal data on the electronic meter reading device. Obtains readings for demand meters, special ledger accounts, meters not read for two or more months as well as special readings. Completes required forms and reports. Maintains security of the keys that are assigned for the purpose of gaining access to the customers' premises in order to read the meters. Leaves customers' bills on the premises that have been returned by the U.S. Postal Service as undeliverable. Leaves customer read cards on customer's premises when gas and/or electric meter readings are not obtained. Representing the Company in a positive manner at all times while performing the meter reading duties on customers' premises, answering customer-related inquiries with a courteous and positive attitude with regard to established Company policies and procedures.
