Triage Nurse: Provide rapid assessment of the chief complaint supplied by the patient or caregiver.

Provide early recognition of urgent or potentially life-threatening symptoms requiring EMS assistance.

Identifies and provides care for the medically-related social, psychological and spiritual needs of our patients.

After assessment, route patient according to protocol

Schedule with an Oncologist, schedule testing, schedule for blood transfusions or refer to the closest ER for services

Charting utilizing EMR

Document patient's treatment plan and update care plans.

(Clinic) Rooming and evaluating patients, taking history, performing evaluation such as vitals, blood sugars,

EKG's,, giving injections, giving immunizations, patient education, starting Iv's, and doing ordered infusions.

Responsible for medical chart documentation, Process orders, maintaining medical supplies, stocking rooms and using sterilization equipment.

Coordinate with Admissions on behalf of patient and family members for LCTF, hospitalizations and procedures.

Obtain patients healthcare benefits and obtains prior-authorizations

Follow up with patients on their plan of care
