Records Center/Office Assistant
- Maintain files and records for every department within the City of Albuquerque
- Retrieve stored records as requested by the public or city employees
- Convert paper documents to microfilm by photograph to be accessible by microfiche reader
- Convert paper documents to digital imaging (as technology progressed) and make it available electronically
- Provide customer service to those requesting copies of city documents
- Accept payments, balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits
