Professional with strong background in bankruptcy matters and case management, prepared to make significant impact. Proven ability to collaborate with teams and adapt to changing needs. Skilled in client assessment, resource coordination, and strong communication skills. Reliable and results-focused, with commitment to achieving positive outcomes.
I am an experienced Case Manager for a Claims and Noticing agent, handling on a day-to-day basis client needs for 20+ Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. As a case manager, cases can range from being in a pre-filing state and/or being discharged/dismissed. Having such a wide variety of case stages demands a high attention to detail, accuracy and knowledge. Pre-filed cases require review of potential motions/orders for party preparation, setting up first day services, import creditor data, reviewing call center needs, and drafting website mockups. On a day-to-day basis, bankruptcy cases demand docket monitoring, service preparation to 2002 parties (Bankruptcy rule 2002) and affected parties per the noticing provisions, transfer of assignment processing, website updates for key events (such as 341, bar date mailings, hearings etc.), claims reconciliation, and assessing/responding to creditor inquiries. Also, as major milestones are achieved throughout the life of a chapter 11 case, I must prepare and coordinate all-creditor mailings. I also maintain each Citrix internal class database for data import, creditor confidentiality flags, claim reconciliation, claim withdrawals, address updates and removal of parties throughout the time the case is active. All services coordinated require certificate of service filings that I review and edit for accuracy, and redaction requirements for filing purposes on the electronic court system (ECF). Finally, I must input daily SAP time entries to account for all client billable work.
