  • Create and maintain DMLSS-FM database for inventories of 7 Facilities and 17 structures valued at $78,000,000, including 556 rooms and 3,914 pieces of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE).
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of problems and recommend corrective actions.

  • Manage preventative maintenance (PM) program by creating schedule and maintenance procedure records, using Real Property System Standards (RPSS) for all RPIE items.
  • Ensure maintenance tasks and schedules meet Joint Commission requirements.
  • Sort and distribute an average of 280 PM work requests monthly. Submit and track work requests for unscheduled maintenance and repair, averaging 30 work requests monthly. Identify trends by reviewing work request and provide any findings to facility manager and maintenance manager.
  • Record all applicable future maintenance, repair, renovation, modernization and expansion needs over $10,000 in DMLSS requirements module. On approval, generate, fund and track progress of requirement and project packages.
  • Assist MTF staff with space planning. Attend Space Utilization Board (SUB)committee meetings. Prepare and submit reports, Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and other data in support of space management/allocation requests.
  • Record and transcribe meeting minutes for Environment of Care Committee and Space Utilization Board meetings.
  • Ensure Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings are correct and properly stored and are accessible. Print and provide as needed.
  • Update the Joint Medical Asset Repository (JMAR) to ensure it contains accurate data for the MTF.
  • Create and maintain contact information for all organizations and personnel who support the medical facility such as staff, contractors, vendors, DHA agencies, etc.

  • In Processing for onboarding MTF staff, providing staff door keys and programming badge access.
