Philalandmarks Historic House Museums, Philadelphia PA.

Docent, Educator, Conservator 2019-2020, 100+ hours.

Curated extant historical documents and artifacts and created educational displays and tour routines for the public, which generated additional revenue for the museum. Led educational tours of historic sites. Worked with ten staff members and 3 board members to maintain historic sites and artifacts. Hosted 'Grumblethorpe Youth Volunteers', and facilitated 32 urban gardening and community events, enabling 20+ children to receive gardening and history education.


Gray’s Harbor Historical Seaport Museum, Aberdeen WA 

Lady Washington Sailing-Ship Crewmember 2018, 300+ hours. 

Ensured exceptionally high safety standards while operating, maintaining and cleaning a sailing ship as part of a 11 person volunteer crew. Taught both children and adults about the daily life of an 18th century sailor by setting up and operating multiple interactive education stations on-board the ship. We even got to fire the cannons on special occasions!
