  • Primary liaison for MLHC practice construction projects, MLHC acquisitions and MLHC renovations.
  • Provide budget analysis including furniture, medical equipment, telecom, signage, security, cabling, network switches, artwork, etc.
  • Provide specifications on equipment to Architect to plan spaces.
  • Review of any existing contracts/leases of a practice acquisition.
  • Routing of Capital Paperwork for budget approval and PIN.
  • Attend construction meetings, voice any noted concerns.
  • Asset purchase evaluations (review and comment on value prior to purchase being made)
  • Evaluate EMR Equipment needs.
  • Attend and report on MLHC Transition Calls.
  • Assist in coordination of IT Installs.
  • Moving of existing assets and personnel which requires multiple site visits and coordination meetings.
  • Coordination of Professional Services, to ensure office operation/workflow.
  • Reconciliation of items ordered.
  • Review of invoicing for accuracy.
  • Closeout of project (follow up on any outstanding needs, punch list, report any savings/overages and document why) Managing post project surveys and lesson learned.
  • Tenant Improvement Requests: Review and validation of request. Coordination with Property Manager, Facilities and Asset Manager to ensure proper vendors are used. Budget review with Director and Practice Manager. Routing of Capital paperwork for approval and PIN assignment (if needed) Coordination of scope to be completed, bring in any required teams to accomplish (IT, movers) Review of completed scope to our liking. Review of invoicing.
  • MLHC 3rd Party Locations: Review of and approval of expenses relating to preventative maintenance, professional services (shredding, biohazard waste, trash/recycling removal), handyman services and supplies, signage and others.
