Dynamic leader and innovator in the mental health and wellbeing space, specializing in narrative therapy and developing interventions and programs for improved health outcomes at the intersection of creative expression through writing, human behavioral change, conscious growth, and psycho-education.
My experience reflects expertise and leadership in strategic planning, program development, curriculum development, and strategic communication. I've secured significant funding for multiple large-scale initiatives across the categories of health & wellness and the arts. My skills in systems thinking & macro social work support high level organizational evolution & measurable change while my skills in clinical therapeutic contexts empower individuals and sub-communities to improve their individual health outcomes.
Offer innovative research-based clinical therapeutic solutions which support clients to reframe their life stories, shift limiting beliefs, and create meaning and empowerment in their lives. Central to my practice is A Write Mind, a proprietary journal methodology I developed that integrates reflexive writing protocols into the therapeutic process. This writing technique supports clients in their personal transformation by facilitating self-reflection, meta-cognitive witnessing, deconstruction, and conscious re-authoring of their narratives, empowering them to rewrite their stories and foster a deeper connection to their own experiences. In addition to individual therapy, I offer group sessions and workshops that utilize A Write Mind to create therapeutic spaces for collective healing and growth.
