WORK EXPERIENCE

  • LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION:
  • Implemented the Air Force Inspection System and executed349 AMW Commander’s Inspection Program, focusing on effectiveness in Major Graded Areas, detecting non-compliance with governing directives and highlighting risk areas.
  • Influenced the professional growth of Airmen; hosted and facilitated leadership development seminars including Operation BOLD (AFRC benchmark program), Flight Commander’s Course, and Development & Training Flight.
  • Orchestrated base-level development program, deliberate mentoring for RegAF/ARC Airmen and Junior NCOs.

  • Revitalized medical squadrons to healthy and sustainable operating baselines, evaluated internal control processes, developed innovative solutions to the highest priority issues.
  • Oversaw/directed349 AMW Aerospace Medicine Enterprise; reported mission capable rates to commanders, adjusted operations to meet/exceed AFRC standards. Communicated unique mission requirements and capabilities to host.
  • Coordinated extensive Progression/Seasoning pipeline for Aircrew/Ground support members. Collaborated with trainers/evaluators for student progress and timelines.
  • Launched and recovered training and operational Aeromedical Evacuation missions on C-17 and KC-135 aircraft.
  • Prepared and palletized medical equipment and cargo to include hazardous materials, orchestrated deployment/re-deployment activities between Aerial Port, Logistics Planners and Joint Inspection personnel.
  • READINESS EXERCISES AND INSPECTIONS, PLANNING AND EXECUTION:
  • Design and execute inspections and readiness exercises to evaluate readiness against assigned OPLANS, DOC statements, Mission Essential Tasks and Unit Type Code taskings to align with the National Defense Strategy.
  • Provided Wg/CC with an accurate and continuous update of assigned force readiness to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Orchestrate and manage every aspect of installation exercises, vertical, horizontal and By-Law Inspections, and Command/Special Interest Items. Employ various investigation techniques and sampling strategies.
  • Advise wing and squadron commanders of inspection/exercise results and risks to mission readiness and capabilities.
  • Perform trend analysis, identify systemic issues and develop corrective actions to mitigate risk.
  • Train, mentor and lead Wing Inspection Team members and Self-assessment Program Managers in the performance of inspection duties and Inspector General processes.
  • Collaborated with AFRC/SGX for Joint Patriot Warrior Exercise, orchestrated airlift and Personnel/Cargo Deployment Functions. Performed Observer/Controller duties; evaluated participants, interpreted guidance, utilized Joint Lessons Learned Information System to document observations.
