* Senior Operations Manager for 1M square foot $50M annual budget e-commerce fulfillment center comprised of 800-2500+ associates, 285k SKUs, and over 10M units of peak e-commerce inventory space.

* Coordinate the creation and implementation of a comprehensive and lasting culture-based RDC network Training Program to drive increased performance excellence and operational execution across the 9 RDC buildings and consistent with the Kohl’s e-commerce network.

* Operations Manager for a 500k square feet and 480 associate distribution center servicing 146 Kohl’s Stores.

* Responsible for Pack-to-Light, Shipping, and Transportation departments including 9 executives and up to 300 associates.

* Responsible for the day-to-day dissecting of the business and making decisions geared toward exceeding production goals, managing inventory turn times, controlling aging inventory, and maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

* Work closely with director, corporate, and business partners for long-term planning relating to volume, staffing, budgets, transportation, and special projects

* Group leader for 1.5 million square feet distribution centers in Receiving, Warehousing, and Shipping.

* Oversaw the efficient flow of 30k-60k cartons per shift to maintain proper level of service and quality for 60-75 Target stores.

* Chemical Officer in positions from 26 soldier platoon to 26,000 soldier Corps. Managed Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) training/operations, chemical defense equipment, and chemical policy.

* Awarded Bronze Star for meritorious achievement during deployment to Iraq.
