
Detail-oriented professional committed to performing all duties in accordance with customary rules of ethics and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
•Directly manage all clinical and Work Therapy staff of residential and Aftercare programs, including
providing training, onboarding new staff, monitoring performance, and promoting a positive
collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure the delivery of all recovery services is compliant
with established policies and procedures.
• Provide direct counseling and educational services to clients as needed.
• Implement procedures, resources, staff training, and tools to maintain standards and uniformity for
the delivery of all recovery services.
• Partner with the client services team to provide collaborative consultation on ensuring cohesive
recovery services.
• Promote effective relationships between the residential programs and other PRM departments as
well as community partners that affect the success of client outcomes.
• Partner with the Volunteer department and intern program to provide quality volunteer and
internship experiences, supervision, and training.
• As directed by the Clinical Director, regularly administer program evaluation tools and summarize
evaluation findings.
• Prepare and deliver all required reports for review by the Clinical Director or as requested by other
PRM departments.
• Participate in training opportunities, community experiences, be willing to assist with tours and
being a public representative of PRM as directed by Clinical Director.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the campus and coordinate activity and communication
between the campus and other PRM departments and community partners.
