I've worked closely with the CEO, Kenol Policard, who was a former VP of Sony Music and former Director at Universal Music Group, and former President of Independent American Movies.
I'd work closely primarily on investor relations. I'd help find investors, facilitate bringing money to films, and working closely on connecting with distributors to get the projects produced.
I've developed and managed teams that have traveled all over the country, drawing at live events ranging from celebrity events to fairs, festivals, birthday parties, weddings, etc.
I've drawn for Coca Cola, IKEA, Paramount, Red Carpet Events, mansion parties, to 5 year old birthday parties.
I've taught paint classes, given drawing lessons, organized, marketed and hosted parties.
I've driven box trucks carrying supplies, set up tents, worked in any and all weather conditions, etc.
I've helped plan how to grow and expand caricature companies and worked with almost every caricature artist and company in existence in the USA.
I actually helped build the largest Ninja Program in Virginia. We built it from scratch, and when it took off, other gymnastics centers began following suite.
But I coached everything from Babynastics to Level 4. I also taught an Adult Conditioning Class.
At the gymnastics center, I broke the rope climbing world speed record before tearing a ligament the next day and never getting to officially submit.
I managed two gyms actually in two different cities.
I also managed all of the trainers, handled all marketing, all sales calls, did all of the cleaning and managing the upkeep of the kitchen, had to handle all of the safety precautions and food safety instructions, and even personal trained many of the clients myself. It was like working 5 jobs at once. Many times trainers would not show up for shifts with scheduled clients, and I'd have to hire, fire, manage client expectations, handle all inventory, etc.
I was a former FAME World Bodybuilding Champion, FAME Pro International Fitness Model Champion, and Model America Fitness Model Regional Champion. Due to this, Lou Zwick, the CEO of Musclemania, reached out to me to work directly with him for about 2 years. Many times, I'd travel to shows, helped with judging, helped with cleaning and set up, managed all social media accounts, helped scout new competitors and talent, and helped develop the brand. Lou Zwick was an ESPN Producer, and Musclemania was the only bodybuilding federation allowed on tv, because they didn't want to promote NPC due to not wanting steroids on tv. I learned how the entire bodybuilding and pageant industry worked, and have judged so many. I've also brought in talent to organizations that later went on to become superstars and be featured in their banners, media, etc.
