As General Services Coordinator I am responsible for providing coordination of Security Operations Plant Operations, EVS and Transportation Services to all residents, staff and visitors in a confident, knowledgeable manner. Handling calls and follow up for Plant Operations and Environmental Services questions/concerns. I am responsible for coordinating resident work order request and coordinating scope of work with contractors. Coordinating the usage of motor vehicles in the community motor pool which includes fleet maintenance records. Providing impeccable resident satisfaction is a routine part of the day while accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes. As the GS Coordinator I also serve as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of General Services maintaining professional, organized, and safe environment for our employees and residents.
As a concierge at a busy and lively senior living community I have worked in Independent Living and the Health Center. Through my experience I have managed charging residents via our accounting program, ordering based on resident needs, medication notification when delivered, placing tickets/work orders, ensuring copies were made and much more. These tasks were all completed while answering calls at a desk which received calls at a high volume. My job has also allowed me to maintain and foster new and positive relationships with our residents and family members of residents.
I was tasked with ensuring productivity and quality in a timely manner. As a company known for having the highest standards in fast food customer service at a extremely busy location with daily high volume of customers of approximately 100 cars in an hour.
