• Worked in the cafe, helped at the front desk, shadowed group fitness/training sessions with Gameface, and assisted in facility operations
• In the cafe, prepared various healthy food items and protein shakes, maintained the cleanliness of facilities, took inventory, hosted events, and stocked products
• At the front desk, checked members and guests into the gym, assisted with Spanish and Portuguese members who could not communicate with the current concierge, as well as helped with general issues and needs of guests
