Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, informative, and friendly environment for customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Schedule shifts, track performance, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Sales and Targets: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals. Analyze sales reports and customer trends to optimize inventory and product offerings.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain store cleanliness and visually appealing product displays that align with Healthy Spot’s branding and promotions.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle store administrative duties such as payroll, sales reports, and employee scheduling. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
• Community Engagement: Represent Healthy Spot in the local community by participating in events, promotions, and outreach programs to build brand awareness and drive customer loyalty.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Retail Management Experience: At least 1 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Leadership & Team Development: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and leadership.
• Organization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Experience with sales strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and address challenges in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with pet products and health-focused retail is a plus, but training is provided.
