I was partly responsible for the waiting staff at Hinoki sushi location. I led by example, demonstrating consistent enthusiasm, the company mission and brand. I managed inventory, catering, events, training on dietary restrictions including various allergies, and the training on the knowledge of various kind of wine, beers, and sake.
