Key responsibilities:

• Customer interaction: Greet customers enthusiastically, answer questions about Lego sets, provide product recommendations based on customer interests, and create a positive shopping experience.
• Sales transactions: Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns.
• Store presentation: Maintain visually appealing displays by building Lego models, organizing shelves, and following Lego visual merchandising standards.
• Stock management: Receive and stock new merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and report any discrepancies.
• Cleaning and maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure the store is neat and tidy.
• Building engagement: Participate in in-store events and activities, such as building demonstrations or special promotions, to enhance customer experience.
