  • AMTS (Aftermarket Technical Services) certification: Developed SRMs (Structural Repair Manuals) and ADLs (Allowable Damage Limits on surface damages [gouges & scratches, nicks and dents]) certification reports for Airbus A350 using classical hand calculations, FEM analysis and CAD models to provide detailed and accurate specifications and locations in the components, in accordance with program specifications, following established schedules while developing plans for engineering assignments. Awarded with an engineering center medal on the project and high score on customer MFA (7).
  • AMTS One Offs: In service issues on metallic and composite aircraft components, caused by flight/ground damages, environmental conditions (water, lightning strikes), normal wear, etc. Provided quick and accurate stress analysis substantiation for several programs such as 737, 767, 787-8, A319/320/321, V2500, MD-11, etc. for several component as TR, FC, Inlet, Exh, etc. Some being AOG (aircraft on ground) condition with a short delivery time. High score on customer MFA (7).
  • A350 Sustaining: Support on stress tasks for company's high visibility project for cost reduction on a material change for the Fan Cowl Hinges; in collaboration with other (Design, Program, etc.) areas and countries (US, India) providing accurate stress feedback using classical hand calculations and FEM to validate all design iterations until the weight requirements were fulfilled. Developed stress notes and analysis packages for project certification. Awarded with an engineering center medal on the project. High score on customer MFA (7).
  • Stress support for different sustaining activities to solve and investigate in-service issues, i.e., Hot-Spots on the TR's IFS.
  • A350 Certification: Stress lead of the on-site team, providing technical and non-technical guidance to team members to meet customer's expectations. Provided stress substantiation in notes and analysis packages, using classical hand calculations, analysis tools and FEM for static, fatigue and damage tolerance (crack growth) checks for several projects:
  • A350 -900/-1000 Extended Service Goal (ESG/Domestic) project on the TR components. Project goal for A350 fleet use on domestic flights. Awarded with an engineering center medal on the project. High score on customer MFA (7).
