• Providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests as they entered the restaurant, creating a positive first impression.
• Skillfully managing reservations through phone calls, online platforms, and in-person inquiries, ensuring accurate bookings and accommodating guest preferences whenever possible.
• Strategically organizing seating arrangements to optimize restaurant capacity while maintaining guest comfort and adhering to the restaurant's ambiance.
• Offering attentive and personalized service to guests, addressing their inquiries, and promptly resolving any issues or concerns to guarantee a seamless dining experience.
• Ensuring the reception area and waiting area are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing at all times, reflecting the restaurant's high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
