
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician with FAA Part 121 regional airline experience supporting Embraer ERJ-170/175 aircraft. Aircraft Taxi Qualified and Engine Run Qualified with experience performing hangar and line maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, corrective maintenance, and aircraft return-to-service procedures. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Embraer ERJ-170/175 aircraft in an FAA Part 121 regional airline environment, supporting safe aircraft operation, regulatory compliance, and dispatch reliability.
* Utilize AMM, EMM, IPC, SRM, company maintenance manuals, engineering orders, and service bulletins to accomplish maintenance tasks; verify part effectivity, aircraft configuration, and pre-/post-modification requirements to ensure proper component installation and compliance.
* Troubleshoot aircraft discrepancies using wiring diagrams, schematics, fault isolation procedures, and approved test equipment; coordinate with Maintenance Control and Quality Control while maintaining tool control, FOD prevention, and safety standards.
* Troubleshoot and maintain aircraft systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, flight controls, landing gear, avionics, and DVDR systems; perform aircraft jacking, inspections, component removal/installation, and return-to-service procedures.
* Accomplish aircraft maintenance requirements utilizing MEL, CDL, TDMI, and NEF procedures in accordance with approved maintenance data and FAA Part 121 requirements.
* Perform hangar and line maintenance inspections, servicing, corrective maintenance, and precision damage assessments using specialized tooling, calibrated equipment, and approved technical data.
* Perform aircraft ground operations including aircraft taxi procedures and engine runs; experienced with aircraft communication systems, pitot-static testing, weather radar, and avionics functional checks in accordance with AMM procedures and approved maintenance data.
* Complete aircraft logbook entries and electronic maintenance records in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, approved maintenance data, and human factors principles; maintain effective communication and teamwork with Maintenance Control, Quality Control, and maintenance personnel.
* Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on GE CF34-8E engines, including ignition system faults, vibration troubleshooting, fan component removal/installation, and engine performance troubleshooting using approved maintenance procedures.
