History

  • During my time at True Food Kitchen, I have been able to add profit to the bottom line for my region by dropping BOH & FOH labor, Food Cost, R&M and Opex expenses. Since leading my teams, we have been able to boost review ratings across multiple social platforms. I have led a team of chefs and managers to achieve culinary excellence while preparing them for their next steps as leaders.
  • I have been in the restaurant industry since I was 15. Starting out as a line cook at some incredible restaurants and used each experience to grow into the leader I am today. The Montage, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Washington School House Hotel, Zoom Park City to name a few. I learned early on that I loved to teach and coach people and have pushed myself to the highest level of discipline to achieve where I am today.
